Wonderful location and friendly staff
I had a great time here! The location was perfect for exploring Salt Lake City and the staff were incredibly friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious variety of options, especially the warm cinnamon rolls. However, the mattress in my room could definitely use an upgrade, as it felt a bit worn out.

Had a fantastic group vacation with friends! We explored Temple Square and the Raging Waters. The amenities were great, especially the free breakfast. The staff worked hard to keep everything stocked. Our room was spacious and clean, with plenty of hot water for showers. The pool was nice and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding after a day of fun.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The spacious Queen Room accommodated our family perfectly, especially with three small kids. The breakfast spread was impressive, keeping everyone happy each morning. Plus, we loved being so close to the Gateway Mall for shopping and fun activities.
In my wife’s opinion, adding more kid-friendly dining options would be great.

Can't stop raving about the cinnamon rolls at breakfast—absolute game changers! Plus, the pool opens late and the staff were always super friendly. It's a solid combo that made my stay enjoyable!
Fair warning, my neighbors were louder than a running train, and those thick pillows? Not for everyone—some flatter options would be a win!

I had an awesome time during my stay, especially enjoying the hot breakfast options and relaxing at the cozy pool and sauna. The only hitch was the wait for breakfast when big groups were leaving, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. I'd definitely recommend this place for a comfy stay. 😊

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore on foot. The room was clean, well-appointed, and included a fridge and microwave for convenience. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was marred by busy crowds and some guests showing poor manners. Additionally, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, lacking variety and freshness. Overall, it offers good value for the price and I would consider returning for the friendly staff and clean environment.

the hotel was modern and well-situated in downtown, allowing me to easily stroll to the utah museum of contemporary art and the vivint smart home arena, which made my city exploration truly enjoyable. as a solo traveler, the friendly service made the stay comfortable, although it would have been nice to have clearer communication about room cleaning procedures.
